Get In Shape After The Holidays
Welcome to 2020 – That’s clear vision – Now let’s talk Resolutions….
Turkey, stuffing, potatoes, gravy, wine, chocolate…. I will be the first to admit that I love all the above. In fact, I love food. Period. And I love relaxing after eating said food. That is not such a bad thing unless of course there is a repetitive trend – especially during the holidays.
Well, the holidays are over now…. Now what? Many of us have over-indulged and maybe feeling lethargic and carrying a few extra pounds. Okay, I am going to be frank (not my real name) and just say that I don’t do RESOLUTIONS – there I said it. It is just too much pressure. And at least 50 percent of people with New Year’s resolutions don’t keep them. So, what if we called it something else? Something a little more palatable (pun intended).
VISION (or you can stick with RESOLUTION – whatever works best for you)
As individuals and people, we tend to approach our New Year’s VISION in different ways. (has a nice ring, right?)
Already in shape but fell off the athletic wagon over the holidays and just need a nudge to get back on to your fitness regime and/or group classes which you love.
Might not be where you want to be weight or fitness-wise but have a VISION for yourself for 2020 and you
Would love to join some group classes or personal training for motivation and accountability
Would like to explore alternatives to traditional gym workouts and classes
Well, Ottawa has a lot to offer no matter what your goals or VISION is for this coming year.
Let’s start with those of us who may not be looking for a gym but open to alternative ways of achieving our weight loss, fitness or health goals.
